standard rules

Two players square off with their colored pieces, in this case dark or light balls. The board has 16 holes which allow a pyramid to be built. The goal is to be the one at the top, or the latest one with some balls and your opponent no more balls to play. The two main rules to save some balls are the following:

If you can get a "square" formed (4 balls of your color adjacent to each other on the same level), you can remove any 1 or 2 of your pieces (that don't support other pieces) and put them back in your reserve. Click on the displayed button and then click on the two balls to remove.
Anywhere a square is formed, a player can move a piece up a level, onto the square. It allows the player to make a play without using a piece from the reserve. Click on the displayed button and then select the ball to place upper.
You can always come back to the normal mode to place the balls on the pyramid by clicking on the following button.
